Course description: Advanced design of logic circuits. Technology constraints. Theoretical foundations. Computer-aided design algorithms. Two-level and multilevel optimization of combinational circuits. Optimization of finite-state machines. High-level synthesis techniques: modeling, scheduling, and binding. Verification and testing.
