Advanced topics of wireless communications are taught in this course. Particularly this course will be focused on the following topics: characteristics and models of wireless channels; point-to-point communications: channel uncertainty, detection, and diversity; multiple access and  interference management; capacity of wireless channels; multiuser capacity and opportunistic communications; MIMO systems: spatial multiplexing, diversity-multiplexing tradeoff, multiuser communications, and capacity.
