The Joint Institute is administered by an international team in four departments: the Office of the Dean, which includes the Deputy, Associate and Interim Deans; the General Office, which includes Human Resources and Finances; the Communications and International Relations Office, which handles JI's International programs, promotion, and media; and the Academic and Student Affairs Office, which handles JI's Education Program and serves the general welfare of our students.

The Joint Institute offices for staff and faculty are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Law School North Building, Minhang Campus.
