Center personnel (faculty members) can enter into contracts with corporate members to conduct individual research projects whose results will not be available to other corporate members. 

Alternately, several corporate members can join together to launch projects of general interest to larger groups with posted outcomes available to these corporate entities or to the public at large. Such results may be posted to the Center website.

Corporate personnel will have the opportunity to use Center instrumentation and cell manufacturing facilities at reduced rates (50 % for Corporate and 33% for associate members).

Corporate members will have first choice to enroll in hands on training sessions on a variety of topics including: coin and pouch cell fabrication methods; cell cycling studies and methods of assessing electrochemical behavior. With time, economic assessments will also be possible.

Enrollment costs will be 50 % of normal charges for full corporate members and 33 % for associate members.

It is anticipated that the center will invite from within China first, and then Internationally, speakers to spend several days at the center and present at least one seminar in their area of expertise.

Center personnel (faculty members) will be available for private consultations about individual problems on a first come first serve basis. It is assumed that consulting will be at a fixed fee price.
